When is a good time to find a vacuum deal?

Our experts reckon that there’s always a vacuum deal on offer. Vacuums are sold in so many places by so many people, you’ll be able to find at least one appealing model on offer, whether it’s recommended by us, or researched by you. The big sales events, such as Memorial Day, July 4th, Black Friday, and Prime Day are likely to offer you the most significant savings because this is when places such as Amazon can go crazy with savings.

However, it’s worth keeping an eye on pages like this all year round. Specific retailers will have special sales events, such as Wayfair’s Wayday, and places such as Dyson release refurbished models pretty regularly. These are all savvy ways to pick up a good vacuum deal outside of the bigger events.

Will there be discounts on vacuums on Prime Day?

Yes, without a doubt. Every year, Prime Day gives us some of the biggest vacuum discounts we see all year, with only Black Friday offering anything similar. Amazon stocks a lot of the major brands (like Dyson, Shark, iRobot, Samsung - you name it), and each year some of the brands' best models get pretty sizeable reductions.

This year, we can expect to see Prime Day land in mid-July, as it does every year.

Why are Dyson vacuums so expensive?

Dysons are so expensive because they're the best. They have laser and particle tech that other vacuums can't match, and they remove more dirt than any other vacuum. However, if you're on a budget you're better off with a cheaper model as these features, while helpful, aren't necessary.
