Prime Day is the ideal time to invest in something new for the home. I review and write about products for a living, and I know without a doubt that big sale events like Prime Day and Black Friday are when you'll find things at their best prices.

Out of all the Prime Day vacuum deals I've spotted, this floor cleaner from Tineco keeps jumping out. There's been a recent surge of cordless wet/dry vacuums and floor cleaners (in part linked to how common hard floors are in modern homes), and Tineco has played a huge part in it. They've been the number one on Amazon US for wet/dry vacs for 3 years in a row.

It comes after Dyson announced the new WashG1, a floor cleaner with a similar build and design to the Tineco models we've been seeing for a few years.

Their latest and greatest model, the Tineco Floor ONE S7 Pro, is now discounted by over $300 on Amazon. We also have an exclusive code to take even more off the price: TINHOMES24.

I'm currently testing the Floor ONE S7 Pro, and so far I'm impressed by just how easy it is to use. I can already tell that they've considered how to make the floor cleaner work effectively, with thoughtful features that will remove the need for any future mops.

To find out whether it's right for you, read on for a full overview of its features.

Combining vacuuming, mopping and deep cleaning, the Tineco Floor ONE S7 Pro is the perfect choice for maintaining immaculate, streak-free floors. It uses continuous fresh water to clean spills and stains and then sucks all solid and wet messes away into the dirty water tank and the debris container.

Why buy the Tineco Floor ONE S7 Pro?

The Tineco Floor ONE S7 Pro is essentially a cordless vacuum cleaner, a wet/dry vacuum, and a hard floor cleaner. There's a lot packed into this one appliance.

It works using a soft brush roller that spins at 450 revolutions per minute, collecting liquids and solid mess while evenly dispersing fresh water across the roller to wash your floors. You can use clean water or add a cleaning solution for a deeper clean (Tineco suggests using their own).

The S7 Pro has an iLoop sensor, that detects the level of debris on your floors and adjusts suction and water levels accordingly. This info is displayed on a 3.6-inch LED display, along with battery life and buttons to manually adjust the cleaning mode.

To avoid dirty water being smeared across your floors, there's a 'floating scraper' that squeezes dirty water out of the roller with every spin, which is then sucked into the dirty water tank, separate from the fresh water. This way, the Floor ONE S7 Pro always cleans with fresh water, as the dirty water is constantly being wrung out.

Included is a self-cleaning docking station that deep cleans the brush roller and suction tube after every use. Then, the brush roller is dried to remove all moisture – a very important step to prevent odors, mold growth, and bad hygiene next time you use it.

Other thoughtful features include self-propulsion (the S7 Pro will assist your movement when moving forwards and backward), and edge-to-edge cleaning on the brush roller. This should be an easy choice if you're looking to get rid of your mop, and to simultaneously make your floor care easier and more effective.

What are the alternatives?

The Tineco Floor ONE S7 Pro isn't the only floor cleaner you could choose. While this may be the best deal in the Prime Day sales, other models might be better suited to your home. It's always smart to shop around.
