I'm currently testing and loving the SwitchBot Robot Vacuum K10+ Pro Combo in my house full of dogs – and it's now 50% off
Grab a great deal and clean without lifting a finger with this 3-in-1 vacuum system

Anyone that has pets will tell you just how difficult it is to keep a house clean. With four dogs, it's not far off impossible.
Enter the SwitchBot Robot Vacuum and Cordless Vacuum Cleaner K10+ Pro Combo. I've been lucky enough to be testing this over the last few weeks, and can now confidently deem it one of the best robot vacuums for pet hair.
It's a total game-changer and currently has a whopping 50% off deal you can snap up for this brilliant home tech investment.
Why I love my new robot vacuum

This huge saving makes now a better time than ever to invest in a robot vacuum. This may be the world's smallest robot vacuum, but what it lacks in size it makes up for with its space-saving design and 3-in-1 functions.
Of course, I also have a traditional vacuum cleaner but it's not lightweight (with all that suction power, it's hardly surprising) and therefore, it can make regular vacuuming a real chore.
So it's no surprise I have been blown away but the Switchbot Robot Vacuum K10+ Pro Combo during my extensive at-home testing. It's the perfect system for pet owners as it's three in one: a robot vacuum, a handheld vacuum and a cordless vacuum, all in one neat and compact system.
Really, what's not to like? It does the vacuuming work for me and does it well.
Admittedly, as someone who is not tech-savvy, I did find the set up a little difficult but after enlisting the help of my partner, it was soon up and running.
Previously, I'd found myself questioning, 'Should you buy a robot vacuum?' After all, they're an expensive piece of kit, and pet hair is notoriously hard to vacuum. It was only when I realized that, even without a discount such as the one currently running on Amazin, this model is still over $400 cheaper than our beloved Miele Complete C3 Cat & Dog Canister Vacuum, and you don't have to lift a finger when using it.
The robot design is small, sleek and stylish, easily getting under furniture and into corners. It's around half the diameter of a normal robot vacuum.
I love popping my robot vacuum on and watching it get to work. The dogs are not bothered by it at all as it's very quiet, making it an ideal way to keep a clean home when you have pets. Head of Solved, Punteha van Terheyden, has two cats and has tried this vacuum too, and says it works equally as well to keep a clean home with cats.
Karina Toner, cleaning expert and operations manager at Spekless, also loves using robot vacuums in homes with pets, explaining, 'We recommend using robot vacuums in homes with pets because they provide continuous cleaning, reducing the buildup of pet hair, dander, and dirt. This helps maintain a cleaner living space without requiring constant manual vacuuming.'
The K10+ Pro Combo is the smallest robot vacuum on the market, but its power certainly makes up for its size. It's also super light, weighing just over 5 lbs, making it easy to carry from room to room and even up and down the stairs.
The main reason I really love this specific model, though, is the flexibility you get with the addition of the cordless vacuum cleaner, which is amazing.
I've tried and enjoyed various cordless Dyson and Shark models over the years, but this is in a different league. In fact, I'd go so far as to say it's the best cordless vacuum cleaner I've ever had the pleasure of using.
The green LED light makes it easy to see any dust or hairs I might have otherwise missed.
The green LED light helps me to identify dust and hairs I wouldn't otherwise see, picking up 99.7% of dust and other debris with just one pass. With the added bonus of a HEPA filter, and a spare one for when it needs replacing, and a concealed dust bag it auto-empties in, it's a great addition for cleaning when you have pet, dust and dander allergies.
Once I'm done, I simply pop it back on its space-saving stand, and it empties itself, as does the robot vacuum. The vacuum bag has a three-liter capacity, so it only needs replacing once every 70 days, although probably a little more frequently in my home given that I have four dogs.
The K10+ Pro also comes with a whole host of handy vacuum attachments for pet hair, including a crevice brush, which is ideal for removing dust and dander from even the trickiest of cracks and corners.
I've used both models on wooden and carpeted floors, and had amazing results each time. I'm now a full robot vacuum convert, and I love how easy mine has made living with pets. The best part? Now I have even more spare time to spend walking and spoiling them.
What to shop
Buying a robot vacuum when it's on sale is a great move as the best ones can be pricey outside of sale periods. I love this one I am currently testing and highly recommend it for its versatility and powerful cleaning.
This robot vacuum features a compact design and quiet operation, with adaptive suction for different surfaces.
For $100 cheaper, you can also purchase the robot without the cordless vacuum. This robot uses laser navigation and sensors to successfully identify and avoid furniture.
You can set your robot on a schedule to do it for you, but how often should you vacuum with pets? This will range from once every two to three days to once a week, depending on what type of pets you have, how many, and how much they shed.
All of these things should also influence your decision when it comes to choosing a vacuum cleaner.
