Williams Sonoma’s new collection with Aerin is everything I have been looking for to update my summer tablescapes
Williams Sonoma just launched a collection with famed global luxury brand Aerin, and it takes living beautifully to the next level. These are my favorite pieces from the new collaboration
If you want to enjoy some luxe details in your home this summer, you need to get the new Aerin for Williams Sonoma collection on your radar. Aerin is one of my absolute favorite high end brands, and the founder and creative director, Aerin Lauder, is astoundingly chic in her own right. For several years now, Aerin has been creating modern home decor with a twist, but her new collection with Williams Sonoma combines her love of design with her equally strong love of hosting.
‘Summertime entertaining is my favorite thing, and the new Aerin for Williams Sonoma collection reflects the best of those moments,’ Aerin tells Homes & Gardens. ‘While the collection is inspired by my garden in Long Island, and the furniture was created based on the details of a wicker basket that belonged to my mother, the collection is infused with my own memories and entertaining essentials, as well as the ethos of the Aerin brand.’

Therefore, this exclusive new collection brings Aerin’s signature coastal style and fondness for entertaining to the forefront. Her East Hampton home was the major basis for the design scheme, with the tabletop pieces combining blues and greens with a floral motif: Think botanical and beachy both at the same time. The collection also includes additional outdoor furniture pieces, vases and mirrors, and also decor items that feature all-weather wicker, all of which have been designed in the elevated but relaxed style of Aerin’s own home.
Upon perusing the collection myself, I found myself gravitating more and more to the scalloped edges, fresh hues, and wicker motifs that adorn the entire collaboration, both giving it a twist and allowing it to all stay cohesive. Take a peek at my favorite items, and make sure to get your summer tablescape ready for these finds.
This glazed stoneware set features hand-painted blooms, flowering vines, and scalloped silhouettes that layer beautifully, allowing you to mix and match while you serve your guests.
Scalloped edging and fresh, sunny hues make these cotton placemats an ideal option for summer entertaining, while the embroidered edges bring about a pop.
Bringing casual style to the table, each woven napkin ring has been individually handcrafted from natural rattan and finished with a protective lacquer for easy cleaning.
I’m a huge fan of plaid decor for spring and summer: Reminiscent of outdoor picnics and warm, sunny months, these linen napkins use gingham for a playful take on regular, single-toned options.
This vanity tray has raised edges to keep all your trinkets safe, and the spirals of clear crystalline glass put an elegant spin on an everyday essential.
I love this versatile piece, as it combines a timeless square silhouette with the dual functions of a coffee table and ottoman, allowing it to be an all-purpose hosting essential.
I’m obsessed with the natural look of this woven charger: Handcrafted in a wheel pattern from rattan, it's finished with a braided exterior that artfully frames your favorite dinnerware.
This is such a classic piece that’ll go with any tablescape, and the woven material has the look of classic wicker with all-weather durability for even the rainiest days.
These pillows have been embroidered with trailing vines for a new take on botanical, and are available in both green and white for either an energizing or subdued look. They’re perfect for the outdoors, as they’ve been tailored from a smooth weave that resists water and fading.
If you’re looking forward to hosting this summer, make sure to get a hold of some items from the new Aerin x Williams Sonoma collection. Not only does it feature a robust assortment of products ranging from tabletop and entertaining pieces to outdoor furniture and embroidered pillows, but the modern decor and coastal hues will elevate your garden with ease once the weather gets nicer.
