IKEA's Christmas collection has launched, and it's everything I need to add a Scandi charm to my home over the holidays
I've spent hours searching the IKEA Winter Holiday Shop for affordable designs that channel Scandi chic and make the most of smaller spaces
Scandinavian style is all about clean lines, natural materials, and neutral colors. So it comes as no surprise that the IKEA Winter Holiday Shop is stocked with pine trees, spruce garlands, and elegant icicle ornaments to create a winter wonderland indoors.
I turn to IKEA to inspire my Christmas decor ideas every year and for 2024, they've gone above and beyond with their VINTERFINT collection, inspired by the Swedish countryside with its little red cottages and pure white snow. Elsewhere in the IKEA Winter Holiday Shop, I've found adorable ornaments, as well as wreaths and garlands to tie it all together.
Best of all, each piece is seriously affordable. Some of the most charming ornaments costing just $1 per piece and even a full-sized Christmas tree will only set you back $100. When you shop the IKEA Winter Holiday Shop, you can make all manner of easy and affordable festive updates.
My favorite finds from the IKEA Winter Holiday Shop

The secret to decorating tastefully for Christmas is to be selective. That's why I've spent hours sorting through 182 items in the VINTERFINT collection, and scores more in the IKEA Winter Holiday Shop, to pick out the most durable design with timeless style.
Holiday ornaments
I like this bare-bones, skeletal take on a star. There's something quite industrial about the spring coil base and exposed beams. This is the ideal tree topper to complement your modern Christmas decor ideas.
Christmas tree and accessories
This artificial pine stands 70 inches tall. It's ideally sized for smaller-space living. Each pine tip is carefully delineated and each branch set ever so slightly askew to look like the real thing.
Holiday lights
This star-shaped lamp shade is straight out of the Nativity. I love the little perforations across the white cardboard base, creating that lace look to disperse light for a warm glow.
Wreaths and garlands
This piece gives me so many Christmas garland ideas. You could twine the garland through the banisters to spruce up your staircase or spread it along the mantel to frame the fireplace.
IKEA aren't the only ones getting into the holiday spirit in October. Magnolia just relaunched their Hearth & Hand Holiday Collection at Target and Joanna Gaines has picked out a few of her favorite pieces to shop this season.
