H&M Home’s new spring decor collection is an affordable way to stock up on all the latest interior design trends
If you want to try florals, porcelain, and bright colors out this spring, H&M Home’s spring decor collection has everything you might need and more
As H&G’s style editor, I spend a lot of time looking for (and purchasing!) the latest interior design trends. However, admittedly, constantly buying new items in order to stay on-trend can get pretty expensive quite quickly. This is why I’m such a huge fan of H&M Home, because they always offer affordable options that are fashion-forward as well.
The major home retailer just launched their spring 2024 collection, which consists of a myriad of light spring hues, porcelain tableware, floral decor pieces, and stoneware centerpieces for all your spring gatherings. This whole collection is honestly giving me spring decor ideas aplenty, as it’s all about those breezy, sunny vibes that will help you transition your home as the weather gets better.
The best part is, these items don’t have to be purchased in a set, and every single option here is less than $75. It doesn’t matter whether you need the best tableware for an outdoor soirée or some floral decor pieces that are subtle, yet statement-making at the same time: H&M Home has all of this and more, so you never have to worry about feeling like you’re going to go broke in lieu of treating your home to a spring refresh.
With the collection spanning over 100 items, picking my favorite pieces was pretty challenging, but with a discerning eye, I managed to narrow things down to the ones I believe you absolutely need to get on your radar ASAP.
The best picks from H&M Home's spring decor collection
The scalloped rim and subtle gold border on this light green serving bowl allows for a whimsical feel. While you could absolutely serve your guests with it, I think it would look equally beautiful living atop your kitchen island.
The washed design on this pillowcase lends it a slight aged appeal, and the lightweight, 100 percent cotton construction means it’s ideal for hot sleepers.
Just because the sun is out, that doesn’t mean temps don’t get chilly. The best way to stay protected is with a warm throw blanket. The waffle print on this option is so cozy, and adds an extra layer of warmth to your bed with ease.
Florals for spring? Um, yes please, especially if they’re as playful as this set of colorful coasters. Glazed porcelain protects the hand-painted look of the design.
Stoneware always lends a sturdy feel to any item, and this glazed candelabra is just the absolute perfect centerpiece. The arms have a petal-inspired shape to mimic the blooms you might find at the center of a table.
Gold metals and mirrors always have such a luxe effect, and so I highly recommend purchasing this tray for serving guests: The spring light will reflect off the surface beautifully.
Colored glassware is my favorite spring trend, so it’s no wonder I’m stocking up on plenty of these clear pink mugs! You’ll always know when you need a refill on your tea or coffee.
This chic glass vase has a watercolor-inspired print on it, and the pastel colors will complement your bouquet perfectly. I also love that the flared rim echoes the blooming of a flower.
These quilted storage baskets have a subtle floral design on them to make them more spring-like, but the pattern isn’t so dramatic that minimalist homes won’t be able to enjoy it. You get two different sizes with this purchase, so you’ll be able to store loads of items in them.
H&M Home’s spring decor collection consists of affordable, on-trend pieces you’ll easily be able to incorporate into your decor scheme. I’m personally the biggest fan of the simple floral storage baskets and translucent glass tableware: They’re simple, but still incorporate additional pattern and color to give them more personality. Whichever items you choose, however, you’ll be getting some spring cheer into your home without having to spend a fortune.
