I am a restless sleeper − but these sheets are designed for those of us who toss and turn
I can't quite believe this hasn't been done before
The Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set is designed for restless sleepers and anyone who hates making the bed. The top sheet is flat at the top but fitted at the bottom to wrap right around the edge of the bed and not budge all night long. Made from a unique blend of bamboo and cotton, these sheets are breathable and durable, though perhaps too slippery for some sleepers.

At first glance, the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set doesn't appear to contain anything out of the ordinary. You get your standard two pillowcases, your fitted sheet, and a top sheet, each made from a unique blend of bamboo and cotton.
Take a closer look at that top sheet. You'll see that it's flat on the top but fitted at the bottom for no-sweat bed-making. All you need to do is tuck the bottom of the sheet beneath the mattress when you first change your sheets. Every morning after that, you can make your bed in a matter of moments.
That makes these some of the best sheets for restless sleepers. If you find yourself tossing and turning before you fall asleep, or you're shopping for a child who's prone to kicking off their covers in the night. If you've ever asked yourself, 'why aren't my sheets staying on the bed?', then you'll appreciate these sheets: they simply won't slip.
Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set review
I tested the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set for several weeks. In that time, I slept through warmer nights and cold snaps and shared a bed with my sister, who's widely regarded as a bed sheet thief. Each night, the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set kept me just the right side of cool and dry and refused to budge, no matter how much I wriggled. I'd put it up there with the best bed sheets.

These sheets come in every size from Twin to King, though there's just the one color: then again, white is a classic for a reason, and should complement all bedroom color palettes.

Who would the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set suit?
- Restless sleepers: if you tend to toss and turn in the night, and often wake up with your sheets pooled on the floor, you'll appreciate the ingenious elasticated design more than most.
- Hot sleepers: this sheet set combines the breathability of bamboo with the durability of cotton. Each top sheet, fitted sheet, and pillowcase is designed to dissipate heat and wick moisture for sweat-free sleep. I run a little warm myself, but I never once woke up hot and bothered.
- Anyone who hates making the bed: with the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set, you can accomplish your least favorite task in mere seconds. All you need to do is tug at the top sheet to smooth it into place: the bottom should stay neatly tucked.
- Anyone with an ottoman bed: I've got a lift-up bed in my new place. It's ideal for storage but doesn't make for the most beautiful bedspreads: I often find that my sheets get caught in the hydraulic mechanisms or slip off the side of the bed. Thanks to its all-around elastic, I haven't had any of these problems with the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set.
What is the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set like to sleep on?
Bedding tests aren't often dramatic. A big part of my job is getting into bed, snuggling under the sheets, and falling asleep. Testing the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set was a more energetic exercise. I tossed and turned, rolling right across the bed, to see whether the bottom of the top sheet budged: it didn't, even as I kicked against the fabric.
Your average fitted sheet is only really fitted around the edges: the elastic only encompasses the corners. With the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set, the elastic goes all the way around for the ultimate snug, secure fit. As a bedding product tester, I feel like I'm constantly stripping my sheets and making my bed, but it's rarely as easy as it is with this sheet set.
Of course, the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set isn't perfect. At first, I thought I wasn't the biggest fan of the bamboo and cotton blend, but I think I actually take issue with the weave: the sateen feels a little slippery. If you're interested in bedding with heaps of style, and a little more texture, I'd encourage you to take a look at the Piglet in Bed Sage Green Bedtime Bundle, made from organic linen. I just got done testing it, and I'm still dreaming about it.
While the pillowcases aren't anything out of the ordinary in terms of design, I appreciated the breathability of the bamboo and cotton blend: I felt like I always sleeping on the cold side of the pillow. I didn't mind the silkiness of the sateen weave as much: it felt akin to one of the best silk pillowcases.
How does the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set rate online?
The Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set is still pretty new on the market, which might explain why there are so few online reviews. I turned to social media to see what people were saying about the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set. Happy commenters praise the silky-smooth feel of the sheets and the ease of making the bed, though the vast majority of comments come from fellow bedding designers. In the absence of customer comments, pretty difficult to get an objective overview of consumer opinion: we'll have to wait for the Amazon reviews to roll in.
Should I buy the Peri Lauren Interiors Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set?
The Peri Lauren Interiors Organic Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set retails for just under $200 for a Queen-sized set. That might sound like a lot to spend on bed sheets, but it's a small price to pay to never make your bed again. The Peri Lauren Interiors Organic Bamboo Cotton Sheet Set checks all my major boxes: it's breathable, durable, washes well, and lies beautifully on the bed. I'd happily hand over $200 to get this bedding, though I'd love to see Peri Lauren Interiors expand their colorways.
How we test bed sheets
We put a lot of thought into how we test bed sheets. It's more than a matter of sleeping on the job. Our expert testers sample sheets through all four seasons, through heat waves and cold snaps, to gauge their thermoregulation and monitor their performance over time. The best bed sheets should look good, feel better, wash well, and lie beautifully on the bed.
What works for one sleeper won't necessarily work for another: that's why we cross-check our findings with countless customer reviews to document a range of experiences with the same sheet set. We compare the sheets in question to other sets in the same material for the sake of a fair fight. We strip our beds, wash the sheets, and make our beds again to see how the material weathers the washing machine.
