Homes & Gardens presents: Wake up with... Janel Parrish
The 'All The Boys I've Loved' star reveals the unsung hero of her mornings: Ziploc bags and coffee
Janel Parrish is sharing all of her secrets! This week – in our second installment of the Homes & Gardens presents: Wake up with... series – the Pretty Little Liars alum is putting her days of keeping mum behind her, exclusively opening up to H&G about her morning routine.
So, what's the key to mastering early mornings? The best coffee maker, of course. 'What inspires me to wake up every morning is a fresh pot of coffee,' says the 32-year-old.
A strong cup of 'black coffee, no sugar, no cream, just black, deliciousness, good energy,' Parrish explains, is responsible for getting her through those early call times. And, seemingly, that cup of joe seems to be working.
Her latest film, To All The Boys: Always and Forever, aired on Netflix last month and has since received positive reviews. So it’s only fitting that we get a glimpse of how she uses the mornings to get ready for a long day on set.
Check out Janel Parrish's morning routine below, and continue scrolling to shop her carefully curated list of must-have items too! For more from our Wake up with series, go to our dedicated page.
1. The one item Janel can't 'wake up' without
Earlier this year, the actress revealed on Instagram a collaboration with Ziploc to release their new 'Hot Mess' initiative.
We use Ziploc bags for more than just storing food, and after years of research, the brand realized that shoppers were using their products for organizing items into their purses, gym bags, and suitcases.
