Tom Cruise's Colorado ranch is on the market – take a look inside his luxurious mountain sanctuary
The actor has listed his 320-acre kingdom in the snow-glazed Colorado mountains for $39.5 million
Award-winning actor Tom Cruise is selling his 320-acre Telluride ranch in the Colorado mountains for almost $40 million.
Tom, who is best-recognized for his leads in Mission Impossible, Top Gun, and Jack Reacher, chose the property for its privacy before spending several years renovating the stone-and-cedar-kissed ranch. He completed the redesign project in 1994.
The home, which is hidden amid the organic haven of The Centennial State, is a spacious, secure sanctuary that is discreetly hidden from the rest of the world.

The Wall Street Journal revealed the actor first looked into selling the estate to Telluride ski resort for $59 million seven years ago - however, the current listing with Sotheby's is the first time the property has been publicly advertised.
The interior of the property epitomizes Alpine style and sophistication, boasting a pair of rustic fireplaces, a fitness center, and an outdoor terrace.
There are also seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms - three of which are hidden in the additional guest house, which comes as part of the estate. This means there is plenty of room for guests to recharge after enjoying the neighboring world-class skiing and golf scene.

Beyond the native charm of the concealed interiors, homeowners can enjoy what is the crowning glory of the property - the view.
The natural splendor of Colorado's mountains, including the magnificent Mt. Wilson, are visible from any part of the wood-paneled property - so you can surround yourself with striking verdant views after a day on the slopes.

Telluride was also a natural choice for Tom Cruise, as the town hosts a highly anticipated film festival every September. We can't help but imagine how many after-parties the actor has thrown in this stylish retreat over the years.
Eric Lavey and Dan Dockray of LIV Sotheby's International Realty hold the listing.
