See inside Lily Collins’ Beverly Hills estate – just sold for $13.5 million
Lily Collins' house is a luxury midcentury modern property on an estate with 0.7 acres of land...
Lily Collins just sold her Beverly Hills estate for $13.5 million and will presumably now buy a new luxury home with her fiancé Charlie McDowell.
The Emily in Paris actress has lived at the incredible house, set just off Sunset Boulevard, since 2016 when she purchased it for $12.5m. It boasts 5,000 square feet of space, including four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Built in 1954, the house is arguably one of the finest examples of John Elgin Woolf, the father of Hollywood Regency style; think elegance and sophistication in the form of high religions, curvilinear architecture and stately touches.

The circular entrance is bold and playful, full of LA vibes as walls are enhanced with the same banana leaf-print wallpaper as features at the Beverly Hills Hotel (and, as it happens, the powder room of Poppy Delevingne's house).
The impressive living room and library open across the width of the house, and make a brilliant entertaining space.

Outside, there's 0.7 acres of land, which is home to a beautiful terrace, pool, and championship tennis court.

Where does Lily Collins live now?
Actress Lily Collins is the daughter of Genesis star Phil Collins and American actress Jill Tavelman. She was born in Surrey but moved to LA at a young age. She has lived at this Beverly Hills home since 2016 and remains to be seen where she will buy next.
Her famous father Phil owns homes in Switzerland, New York and Dersingham, a charming village in Norfolk, England, so, in the meantime, she definitely has a choice of luxury between-property abodes to choose from.
The sale was brokered by realtor Dustin Nicholas of the Nicholas Property Group, and was listed on Realtor.com.
