Modern Family actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson just sold his 1928 Spanish home in Los Feliz for $7,100,000.
According to reports, Jesse and his husband Justin Mikita sold the property to Leonardo DiCaprio, who is known to be a fan of Spanish-style properties. The couple bought the home for $4.6 million back in 2013.
