Gordon Ramsay is selling his Grade II listed luxury coastal holiday home in Fowey, Cornwall, for £2.75 million.
The popular TV chef purchased the former Lloyds bank building back in 2017 and transformed it into a stylish hideaway home. Trevail House was available for holidaymakers to rent from around £4,700 a week on Boutique Retreats, and boasts four bedrooms, each with an en-suite, and an open-plan living area spanning over 2,800 square feet.
He converted the two-storey maisonette, which is his third property in Cornwall, into a holiday home, and rented it out to potential holidaymakers, much to the dismay of some locals.

Fowey is rather popular with holidaymakers as it offers a beautiful sandy beach, a mix of independent shops, high-end restaurants and activities such as kayaking, sailing, boat hire or exploring the South West Coastal path.
