Interior stylist Colin King collaborates with CULTIVER to unveil a new bedding range – an understated approach to luxury
With a focus on natural, quality materials, these bedding pieces are timeless
Renowned interior stylist Colin King has collaborated with luxury linen brand CULTIVER to unveil a new collection of staple bedding pieces, made up of organic, earthy hues and natural materials.
Perfect for a minimalist approach to bedroom ideas, The Stylist's Collection is the latest best luxury bedding you need to know about to create an understated and laid-back look in this relaxing space. Channeling the stylist's iconic minimal approach to design, the bedding pieces balance style and quality, reflecting the quiet luxury trend.
The new collection includes 19 designs spanning bedcovers, cushions, and throws, made from linen for ultimate levels of comfort. If you're looking to refresh your cozy bedroom in time for winter with some new sophisticated pieces, this collection has you covered.
'As an admirer of objects, I am drawn not only to how things look, but to their quality and feel, and CULTIVER shares this same deep appreciation for craftsmanship, says Colin King. 'I have spent time not only searching for bed linens within my own home, but also for the homes of many others through my styling practice and felt that what I was looking for was often missing in the market. Through this collection, I have been able to envision my own desired designs and hues, but produced with the celebrated quality that CULTIVER is known for.'
'My vision for this collection was to create something timeless, something versatile, something that could be used in a multitude of ways, in a multitude of homes and bedrooms,' continues Colin. 'I’ve always been drawn to a very simple bed. I think when you retreat to the bedroom, you want it to feel calm, relaxing, soothing. And for me, that doesn’t need a lot of ornamentation.'
Below, we've rounded up some of our favorite pieces from the new collection, which you can shop to elevate your minimalist bedroom.
1. Bedcovers
Made from 100% heavyweight linen, these bedcovers are oversized for a relaxed look and are designed for Queen, King, and California King beds. As a highly breathable fabric, embracing natural linen in your bedding will provide high levels of comfort whilst adding textural interest to the space that looks luxurious.
