Gwyneth Paltrow uses this exact hotel-worthy bedding in her Montecito home – you can get her luxury pillows for under $150
In a recent interview, Gwyneth Paltrow shared her favorite sheets, mattress, and pillows for a perfect sleep, including a bestseller pillow and beautiful linen
As an all-around wellness guru, we trust goop-founder Gwyneth Paltrow when it comes to her lifestyle recommendations. We were delighted, then, when she recently revealed her sleep regimen in an interview – including the exact bedding she likes to use.
While she revealed some general sleep hygiene preferences, including her affinity for an open window, silence, and cold temperatures, it was the product recommendations that we were intrigued by.
'My sheets are from a company called Beltrami, in Italy,' she told AirMail. 'It’s funny you should ask about my mattress: Sorry to plug Goop, but I swear to God, we made one with an Avocado mattress. It’s an insanely expensive, luxurious mattress, and it is the greatest thing I’ve ever slept on in my life. And the pillows I use are from a place called Cuddledown.'
We did some research, and the bedroom essentials she mentioned are certainly noteworthy. The luxury bed sheets are often used in hotels, giving a luxe feel to at-home bedding, while the goop x Avocado mattress is both climate-neutral and bespoke. However, these two items are at a relatively high price point (the mattress starts at $22,000).
Luckily, we found some variants that are just as beautiful, with a more budget-friendly price tag.

Alongside her bedding, Paltrow shared how she always sleeps with mouth tape and earplugs, so she uses the time before she sleeps to get all her products lined up. And, in terms of her sleeping environment, she can sleep 'anywhere' where she can leave her windows open and get fresh air. 'So anywhere in the country, or where there’s not a lot of cars,' she says. We've also listed our go-to earplugs, designed to assist you in the pefect sleep, below.
These earplugs come with certified hearing protection, meaning you can trust them to keep your ears safe from damaging sounds. Like Paltrow's choice, they're great for sleep, focus, relaxation, and travel, (plus, they're are easy to clean and built to last).
