Fredrik Eklund's colorless Christmas tree perfects festive trends for this December – and you can recreate the look from $22
The acclaimed agent mixes silver and cream, metallic baubles, and white lights on his giant green tree – for a chic, sophisticated and festive look
Colorless Christmas trees are on the rise this year, with the 'naked tree' taking over our social media feeds. Considering Fredrik Eklund, star of Million Dollar Listing New York, is quite the interior design expert, it is no surprise that he has averted from color on his tree and instead gone for a chic, neutral, yet festive appearance.
In a post shared to his Instagram page, we can see the reality TV star has opted for a sleek green Christmas tree lined with white lights, and giant, pearlescent baubles in silver and cream shades.
The volume of the baubles and the sheen of the metallics add visual interest to the tree despite its lack of color. Additionally, the white lights are complementary against the neutral ornaments while illuminating the classic green branches beautifully.

Shop the Frederik Eklund Christmas tree look
Authentic
This set of 12 Christmas ornaments is the perfect way to elevate your Christmas tree with a simple, vintage touch. These would look beautiful on a colorful tinsel tree
Realistic branches
This pre-lit tree is the simplest way to get the Fredrik Eklund aesthetic without any hassle. It features 2,000 branch tips with realistic green PVC and PE pine needles for a lush, cashmere feel that feels completely natural. Place it in your entryway to instantly make a first impression that Eklund would love.
Soft and Warm
No white Christmas tree is complete without lights; these simple white string lights are the perfect base. Make sure to tuck them into the branches so they look beautiful even when not lit.
Pearly
This set of nine ornaments adds texture and a contemporary quality to any tree. The shiny surface is visually engaging and pairs perfectly with a bright white, like Fredrik Eklund's tree.
Silver finish
Classic, sophisticated, and always classic metallic ornaments are everlasting, so it's worth picking up the best ones you can afford. They look great on any tree but I recommend choosing a classic green base like Eklund's for an ultimate enduring look.
Swarovski crystal
For the ultimate Christmas treasure that's special enough to pass through the generations, we can find nothing better than this Swarovski ornament. Though it's a small investment, it will impress each time it returns to your tree – promising luxury every single year.
Another lesson we can take from Fredrik Eklund? To bring our tree to our entryway. 'While the Christmas tree is often pictured in the living room (and there's certainly no harm in having two), Eklund's set-up reminds us why decorating the first room of the home is equally as important,' comments Megan Slack, the head of celebrity news at Homes & Gardens.
'Since Eklund is an estate agent, he is likely all too aware of the importance of a well-dressed entryway at every point of the calendar – but the holidays really give us the opportunity to get playful. Whether you're selling your home or simpy want to make a lasting first impression on your guests this December, his Christmas decorations remind us that this space should never go overlooked.'
