The late Christine McVie of Fleetwood Mac hailed from England, so it makes sense that her estate was located in London. Now, nearly three years after her death, her Belgravia penthouse is officially on the market for $8.9 million, and it's a sight to behold.

The property spans 2,674 square feet, and consists of a three bedroom duplex penthouse, including high ceilings, skylights, two reception rooms, and a study, all of which are sophisticated yet eclectic spaces. Jeremy Gee, Managing Director of Beauchamp Estates says, 'With a private roof garden, this penthouse has all the layout advantages of a house with entertaining on the lower level and the private bedrooms on the upper floor. Bright and airy with a superb specification and tastefully decorated this wonderful penthouse offers contemporary living in Belgravia at its very best.'

Let's take the tour.

The dining room and reception room are connected, and the result is a space infused with warm wood shelving units, light wood parquet floors, and colorful rugs and furnishings to infuse the area with dopamine decor.

The reception room is thoughtfully decorated with statement pieces; namely, the twinning cow-print chairs, anchored with matching white pillows. Gold accents peek through via the glass coffee table legs and side table stand, adding luxe elements to the room and encouraging us to decorate with gold. The blue bowls lining the fireplace mantel and the plants in stone pots are nice pops of color in the otherwise neutral space.

The dining room is primed for hosting, with a long, wood table serving as the centerpiece of the room. There is continuity in the details from the reception room in the form of a gold accented console table and white jugs lining the mantel. A patterned, pink rug incorporates vibrancy into the wood-dominated room, which also includes an antique-inspired bench.

The primary bedroom is a soft space, with white painted walls, vaulted ceilings, and light linens lining the bed. A pink headboard brings color into the room, while two boldly-framed mirrors bring dimension onto the walls.

Tile drenching is in, and Christine's bathroom takes part in the trend with an aquamarine-tiled accent wall. Meanwhile, a stand-alone, white tub and marble countertops have a classic, timeless feel.

The kitchen is perhaps the most playful room in the property. A yellow backsplash gives the room an immediately sunny appearance, while patterned teapots and mugs exist among animal iconography in the form of wall art. Wood countertops keep it all balanced and feeling natural and inviting.

The family room is cozy yet refined, using textured pedestals as a coffee table, a warm brown leather sofa, and a blue painted media unit to make the area visually interesting.

Finally, we are getting some small backyard ideas thanks to its small patio dining set and glass floor, which contrasts the wood planks.

Christine McVie's home is listed with Beauchamp Estates.
