Former Bachelorette contestant JoJo Fletcher's kitchen pops because of one well-chosen material: Taj Mahal quartzite countertops.

The reality television star's kitchen idea is a vision in beige. Her space pairs the light countertops with white cabinets, white walls, and gold hardware. In the center of her countertops, a gray stone sink from Native Trails provides a beautiful contrast and keeps the space from looking too 'one color.' It all works together like a dream.

Fletcher tells Homes & Gardens: 'This Taj Mahal quartzite countertop idea is one of my all-time favorite stones, and I was so excited to have it installed in our Puerto Rico home remodel. Its timeless natural beauty, versatility & durability make this a stone that will forever feel like a good choice, even if your personal style changes over the years! The organic crystalline movements are paired with very adaptable undertones of creamy beiges, grays, and browns. It works in a variety of different design schemes and color palettes while also adding the perfect amount of warmth to a space.'

She continues on the neutral kitchen idea, 'The great thing about the Taj Mahal is that it can work with a number of different hardware finish options depending on your style. For my space, I loved the way the polished brass faucet pulled the delicate gold and bronze tones from the stone's subtle veining. My goal for this kitchen was to have the perfect balance of organic and vintage features mixed with modern touches. A mixing of “high and low” finishes. We opted to have our Taj Mahal quartzite installed in a honed finish to really give it that earthy element, and the pairing of the polished brass faucet really worked to make this space feel timeless.'

The effect is all the more striking when tied in with the rest of the space, as can be seen in Fletcher's recent Instagram post. The white cabinets and abundance of natural light make the sink idea pop even more. Fletcher remarks, 'This Native Trails stone sink was the perfect addition to pull together my vision for this space. It is a unique earth tone and the natural finish created the organic focal point in the kitchen that I was hoping for.'

Shop The Look

Regardless of whether you plan on installing a piece of beige slab quartz countertops like JoJo Fletcher's sink, you can recreate the beauty of the look with accessories with a similar look. This soap dispenser and dish from Amazon can be used to upgrade your dishwashing ritual. With soap stored in the dispenser and rings stored in the dish, washing dishes will become a glamorous daily moment. These marbled beige Amazon coasters are perfect for protecting your table, and the gold holder is perfectly reminiscent of Fletcher's sink.

To recreate the beige kitchen look, the most important things to think about are colors, textures, and finishes. Without the proper styling, a beige space can look dull and lifeless, so it's essential to integrate ample visual interest. Pairing beige countertops with a much lighter or much darker cabinet paint color can help them to pop. Similarly, integrating metallic finishes in silver and gold can help these simple materials to appear all the more textured and interesting. Accessorizing is also a great way to add a bit of contrast and interest.

JoJo Fletcher's sink will never go out of style because it backs its beauty with durability and versatility. Functionality is always on trend, especially when it looks this good.
