After graduating from Otago University with an MA in Media Communications and a BA in English and Classics, I got addicted to the world of magazines and never looked back. I worked as Managing Editor for Massive Magazine and Culture Editor for Critic Te Arohi, writing across a range of lifestyle and culture. My heart has always belonged to interior design and in 2022 I was lucky enough to land a job as Deputy Editor for Your Home and Garden magazine. However, the call of England beckoned (specifically their gorgeous shaker-style kitchens) and in 2024 I made the move across from New Zealand to London. I'm now Content Editor for Kitchens across multiple Homes titles and love writing about all things cabinetry, colours, you name it. When it comes to my personal style, I'm always a sucker for a rustic, bohemian touch and character features. I spend too much time dreaming about hardwood flooring, but who doesn't?
